- Due to us being a small business with limited time/staff, All orders are packed and shipped on a Saturday. Although every effort is made to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us regarding an order you have not yet received.

- The Iron & Pin is not responsible for any items lost/damaged in transit.

- Return costs are covered by the customer.

- As most items are made "made to order" ; All purchases are non refundable.

- Store credit will be issued on damaged products (Not damaged in transit) once said items are returned by the customer.

- Exchanges can be made at the cost of the customer for return postage and postage on replacement items.
