STORE POLICY

- Due to us being a small business with limited time/staff, every effort is made to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us regarding an order you have not yet received. This includes E-vouchers. (They are processed manually and again can take time)

- All orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st class recorded. 

- The Iron & Pin is not responsible for any items lost/damaged in transit.

- Return costs are covered by the customer.

- As most items are "made to order" ; All purchases are non refundable.

- Store credit will be issued on damaged products (Not damaged in transit) once said items are returned by the customer. 

- Colours & designs may vary slightly.

- Exchanges can be made at the cost of the customer for return postage and postage on replacement items.
